NIEPVD, National Institute for the Empowerment of the Persons with Visual Disabilities (Divyangjan), is one of the nine National Institutes working under the administrative control of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD)s, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India.
The Institute having Community Radio Station 91.2 NIVH Hello Doon, dedicated to PwDs/PwVIs, all programs are mainly based on the theme of “for divyangjan, by divyangjan and about divyangjan”. NIEPVD are inviting videos of the Talents of the PwDs with Name, Age, Disability and Talent Category of the person.
