I had downloaded , printed and laminated the UDID card in Feb 2022. I have not yet received the printed card that was sent to me by post in May 2022. Have also managed to download the UDID card onto my Digi Locker. I wonder whether it is necessary to have the printed card that the Govt mails.

This also includes error messages. Check on the file size to upload. Perhaps the portal would be having some issue then. I had applied for UDID long back. It kept on showing the status referred to district hospital. Last friday I visited the civil hospital and the doctors uploaded the requisite data. On Monday the status showed processing for printing.
