Hi, Have you try to repair a JAWS by running installer file and checked? I don't know you are working in which organisation. NVDA is a powerfull software much better than JAWS. I too work with the reputed global level MNC and NVDA is a primary screen reader during accessibility testing. Microsoft has plan to make their applications accessible with NVDA. I think you are facing compatibility issue newer version of screen reader some time do not work well on older version of operating System. but NVDA will surely work. Try to convince your project lead that not all the application will work with the single screen reader. Having more than 1 screen reader installed in your system will make you more productive. Your global IT team should not have any difficulty in allowing NVDA..
