Regarding your first requirement, help is available nowhere.
I had to disperse my BrailleMe RBD after being informed by reliable
source the fact that there exists no company by the name of Inno
Vision.
Remember I was the first person to give feedback in this very platform
as archiving of mails would show.
I request Saktek to stop selling BrailleMe which, I did earlier
through telephone conversation.
Also, unofficial assistance is available on the mailing list dedicated
to the said device. Let me know if you are interested.
