Dear friends, good evening to all of you. I am Srinivas Karnati from
Telangana State.

For the past 20 years, our state government (United AP and present TS) has
implemented a special provision for teachers with disabilities,
specifically those with 70% disability or more, during the teacher transfer
process. These teachers receive first preference in the counseling process.

Currently, a teacher with a 40% disability has approached the High Court of
Telangana, requesting that authorities extend this preference to all
teachers with disabilities falling within the range of 40-70% also.

I am interested in discussing this matter with Subash Chandra Vasisht or
any other legal advocate who is well-versed in the RPWD Act. Could someone
please share their contact numbers?
