If you are interested in learn the programming languages then, there are multiple resources are available. If you are searching for only those institutions who only teaches Blind students then, VI developers and vision-aid might be good option for you. These institutions helps blind students and professionals to learn the basics of programming. Even I have also learned the Kotlin from Vi developers. and my experience is also good. vi developers courses are paid, you will have to pay RS 2000 for each course. Currently, their admissions are opened so if you wants to learn more or join their courses then visit their website. I really don't know about the vision-aid. but according to me, If you want to join there courses then, you must be graduade in any bachelors degree. but, you can try vision-aid also. .
