Dear All, Xavier’s Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged (XRCVC), St. Xavier’s College, as completed its 20 years of services on 17th September, 2023. On reaching this important milestone, we have organized a series of 20 Tech Roshni sessions on different topics for persons with disabilities. On the eve occasion of White Cane Day.
We are happy to announce our 4th online workshop on the theme “*Let’s* *Explore Envision*” for persons with blindness and low vision on 14th October, 2023. This Workshop is supported by the *Dhun Pestonji Parakh Discretionary Trust* . *Envision *empowers people who are blind or have low vision to access everyday visual information for themselves. It has Lots of features like Find People, Find Objects, Teach a Face and Explore, Describe Scene, Detect Light, Recognise Cash, Detect Colors, Instant Text etc. Because it isn’t just information. It’s knowledge, independence and possibility.
