This is an another matter of concern!

I too learned from some of my friends who confronted   similar difficulties in the outlets while trying to purchase or replace a new sim card.

Some solutions have to be made by reaching to the top management of the service providers through proper presentation and sensitization.

Thanks,

Dear Raghavendra,
first of all, very sad to here this case that your friends are facing
such issues to get a simpal sim cards. have you complained to any
servis showrooms of the particular company for which you wish to be
the customer? if not. then ask your friends to find out the nearest
offices of the companies with their respective cities and locations.
this will solve issues. this does not happens. I think the shops your
friends are refering, the relevant staff mite be not aware upon how to
provide such facility to the customers with vision impairement.
