Dear all, 1. I'd like to know whether the blind employees are exempted from biometric attendance by the Central Government. One of my acquaintances is working in the Nuclear Fuel Complex. 2. I'd also like to know whether there is a provision for exempting the blind employees from typing test for promotion to the post of LDC. One of my friends is working as a multitasking staff in the Navy. I know that the disabled candidates are exempted from typing test in the case of direct recruitment. I want to know whether there is a similar provision in the case of promotion as well. Thanks and regards.
