Dear all,
One of my friends is willing to apply for Junior Assistant Manager
(JAM), Grade ‘O’ 2024-25 in response to the IDBI's advertisement NO.10
/2023-24.
According to the advertisement, "The appointment is purely contractual
in nature. The appointee shall not be entitled to draw any allowances
such as DA, HRA, etc. nor be entitled for any superannuation benefits,
gratuity and provident fund or any benefits whatsoever."
Moreover, on successful completion of a period of 2 years of
contractual service, appointee shall become eligible for appointment
as Junior Assistant Manager, (JAM), Grade ‘O’ in the Bank through a
selection process that would be conducted by the Bank.
In this connection, I would like to know whether any member of the
list is working for the Bank.
What are the prospects of the blind becoming eligible for appointment
as Junior Assistant Manager?
How is the selection process conducted?
Thanks and regards for any inputs.
