I am pleased to announce that during the yesterday’s awards ceremony during the Bangalore Tech Summit for the Assistive Technology Foundation Awards 2023 (ATF AWARD 2023), Union Bank of India emerged victorious in the Enablers category, securing the prestigious "Best Government Led Assistive Technology Award" for our Union Access and Union Sparsh initiatives. The Union Bank of India Citation reads as “Best Government Led Assistive Technology Award presented to Union Bank of India for their exemplary work in the assistive technology ecosystem recognized under Enablers category of ATF Awards 2023”. Below the citation text company logos of Shell, Microsoft and Thoughtworks. The ATF Awards 2023 Celebrates the Champions of the Assistive Technology Ecosystems, Empowering Lives, Embracing Abilities. They have presented the awards in the various categories to recognize not just the start-ups, but the ecosystem enablers like corporates, NGOs, governments, educational institutions and investors that have leveraged the power of assistive technology to drive change in lives of people with disabilities.
