Hi Ronak,

Use INSERT+H and INSERT+W for learning about Excel shortcuts. In fact, these
keystrokes can be used to find about shortcuts in any application.

For Excel formulae, you can leverage the Insert Function dialog box. It appears
upon pressing ALT+I followed by F.

* If you know the name of the function then type it in the Search edit
field and hit the Go button.
* If not then TAB to the Categories list and select one from the list.
* TAB to the next list that lists the functions under that Category.
* Select the desired function and hit Enter to navigate to the next screen
* This screen allows you to specify parameter values for the selected
function.
* You can access help on the selected function by activating the link
labelled Help on this function. This link is one TAB next to the list of
functions.

You can enter a formula directly by keying in the = (equals to) sign at the
beginning of a cell content. The function names matching your input are
auto-populated as you type. Hit the TAB key to select one from the
auto-populated list. The parameter list for a function are enclosed in
parentheses (). For example, =Today() returns current date while =sum(2, 5)
returns the value 7. The value of a function can be found by hitting CTRL+ENTER
after keying in the formula and its corresponding parameter values. Hitting
ENTER also calculates the formula value however, the cursor navigates to the
cell below the one in which formula was keyed in.

Believe it helps!

Best Regards,

Zujar…
