Udit the problem is their highly inaccessible internet and mobile banking. Have they improved?

hi all,
I wanted to share  my experience with Kotak mahindra bank.
so, on 13TH sept, 2023, I opened an online account from the  website of Kotak mahindra bank The next, day, a person came from the KYC teem, and told, that, they will do my KYC. But, when he saw that, I am blind, he said that, a separate teem will come and do my KYC. I dint got any response from him since a week. After that, I called him, but, no answer. I complaint to the customer care. Then, he gave me number of  mr. Dipesh. However, in that time of week, someone came and, did my KYC with my signatures and said, it can work. But, It dint worked at all. Then, I had a word with Dipesh sir. He dint knew about the process at all. Because I wanted net banking facility. So, he rote mails to the authorities and, told them that, I can mannage. Then, after 1 week of these mails and other things, I got my account in the starting october. Here, they were not giving me a physical debbit card. But, they instead, issued a virtual debbit card for me. Thats is also OK as, I dint wanted a physical card because, the account is for just spending purpus only. Again, I Would say, that, Dipesh sir helped me a lot. He dint called me to the branch for even a singal time. Insted, he sent someone who took my thumm impretion or the required documents.
though, I dint want the physical debbit card but if its possible to get one easily, I would deffitnatly want 1.
