We're excited to announce our 15th online workshop on the theme "Reading and Writing Math on Computer" for individuals with blindness and low vision on 17th February 2024. This workshop is supported by PSA-BDP. Independent reading and writing are crucial for learning any subject, including mathematics. Generally, to learn mathematics persons with blindness or low vision face challenges due to its visual and abstract nature. Technological developments and digital-based learning offer accessible ways to read and write mathematics, providing more opportunities for persons with disabilities. In this session, we will explore reading and writing math on computer with screen reader. Eligibility: Participants should have good knowledge of screen reader, browsing and typing in the computer. Limited seats are available for the session.
