Hi Saravanan, In Whiteboard local town buses, you do not need to give the photo copy and just showing them the original id is enough. And you get free ticket for you and your escort as well. But in long distant buses, you need to give photo copy of UD id as well as the medically signed escort form. And I'll try to get the document and share it with you.
