If we have to travel somewhere early in the morning, we set the alarm for
4:00 am and go to sleep.

But sometimes we wake up on time even if there is no alarm.

This is the bio-clock.

It is generally believed that most people die at the age of 80-90.

Many have set up their own bioclock, believing that all diseases will come
at the age of 50-60.

That's why people usually get sick at 50-60 because we unknowingly mentally
mis-set the bioclock.

Many people in China believe that they can live up to 120 years in good
health.

They are mentally prepared and set their bioclock like that.

1. If we adjust our bio-clock mentally with positive thoughts and meditate
regularly during the day then we can live healthy for at least 100 years.

2. We should believe that there is no possibility of any disease between
the age of 40 to 90 years. It is strongly believed that old age starts at
120
years.

3. Apply a good natural hair color. Try to look younger.

Especially in the matter of dress, try to dress like young women and young
men as much as possible so that our Confidence levels increase. Let's not
allow
our mind to look old under any circumstances.

4. Don't take it with 'negative thoughts' thinking that the food we take is
adulterated and contaminated.

By the power of meditation, the food I eat has become supremely sacred, and
believe perfectly that it will give me eternal youth, perfect health and a
full life of 120 years. Otherwise

Due to 'negative thoughts' negative enzymes are released in our body which
completely damages our digestive system and our body structure.

5. Always be active. Jog instead of walking if possible.

6. Believe that health increases with age.
 (This is also true).

7. Does not suffer from happiness or disease. Where there is one, there is
no other. So be happy and be healthy. (Watch funny movies every day and
laugh
at the top instead of at the heart).

7. Our mind is the cause of every problem.

Our way of thinking. Especially for fun...

Don't say the word.

8. Don't sit idle any day. Engage in work by doing something every day.

Most importantly, do things that bring you happiness and joy.

9. Eat good, strong foods that give positive energy as needed.

So set your mental 'bio clock' so that it does not suffer from happiness or
disease. Where there is one, there is no other.

So set your mental 'bio clock' for a longer life span and change your
mindset.
