Hi, Sometimes the program might include an Uninstall feature from the Start - All Programs menu. Press Windows key from the desktop, then press up arrow to All Programs, and it might appear in the most recent list because it was installed not long ago. It might appear inside a folder with the software name, and in there there could be an Uninstall routine. But may be not, let's hope for the best.
