 @Rajiv . I know of the Colorado Center for the Visually Impaired that
makes art accessible. Ann Cunningham is a renowned tactile artist there in
the US who takes care of this initiative. I will be there this year at the
LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, San Francisco, tteaching 3D
art to visually impaired campers at the Enchanted Hills Camp. But
Washington D.C  I reckon is too far away from the camp area.
