If that link or URL is recognized by JAWS as link, then Ma'am you can try these 2 method 1- use ctrl+right arrow keys to reach to the link text then hit enter if not work 2- press insert+Z to turn on quick keys on in JAWS then use your arrow keys to reach hyper link and press enter hope any 1of these method should activate that link. these both options are working in my system.
