As far as my knowledge is concerned, GST concession while purchasing car is not applicable to persons with visual impairment. However, road tax exemption shall be there depending upon the state policy. For E.G. Kerala, my home state is providing road tax exemption to disabled who purchase vehicle. In the meantime, Andhra Pradesh, where I am currently working gives no concession to visually impaired when purchasing new vehicles.
