Dear Mr. Kruthvik, Thanks for responding and for confirming my assertion. I tried raising this issue with Railways customer care and technical team, with the relevant screenshots. However, I received standard responses also. Since the issue is occurring at the reservation window also, it has to be a systemic issue. I think any AccessIndian working with Railways could assist better in this regard.
