No hospital will give you any Medical Certificate directly even Blind mentioned also, because only you should obtain UDID medical certificate through proper channel, now onwards only UDID medical certificate is valid, Yesterday I filed ITR myself, when I selected 80U there my 10IA acknowledgement was shown by itself so it was not necessary for me to enter manually and at the end my ITR was filed successfully, my receipt was received by SMS & mail also. Minto Hospital will not give certificate if you take 10 IAS form downloaded from income tax e-filing website because the form does not mention blindness. They have mentioned few disabilities like multiple disability and cerebral policy. So there is no mention of Minto will not give blank certificate on that form. Sent from my iPhone
My auditor informed me that I need to get fresh signature from doctor to apply for tax is it correct learned friends?
I have medical certificate already with me taken in 2017 when I did my Udid card.
