Friend, we all are discussing the same problem there is no option of Blind or ortho or hearing impaired, here I understand one thing income tax department never discussed with any doctors, NGOs or Department of Disability before introducing this 10IA form, but if you keep on arguing about blind or some other disability ITR filing last date will be over and Rs.25000/ notice will be received by Income Tax Department.
