My Udid Card is wornout how to generate another from the website? Help is neded in this regard.

But as I told my experience and many of my friends also simply visited the hospital after filling the online application and the work was done much quickly. Even they got their UDIDS issued with less than a weeks time. So my suggestion to you on this entire thing would be, that there is no harm in visiting the hospital and just giving it a try.
