Hello Pranav, Thank you for your prompt response. I attempted to install Kurzweil 1000 on a demo device in the showroom, but the installation was unsuccessful. This could potentially be due to restricted administrative rights on the demo device, or perhaps incompatibility between the x86 layer and Kurzweil 1000.
Additionally, we managed to install JAWS on the same device, and it installed quickly and functioned efficiently, which I thought was worth mentioning. Could you please let me know if you have encountered any use cases where Kurzweil 1000 was successfully installed on a Surface Laptop 7 with the X Elite processor? I would appreciate your insights on this.Looking forward to your thoughts.
