One workaround is to use an app like blindsquare and mark your apartment in 
that app. I believe you can add your own location to google maps, but I am not 
sure about that.

 

Use blindsquare or a similar app to launch google maps. That way, your location 
will come up on maps and your driver should, in theory be able to follow it. 

 

The only other thing I can think off is to get professional help. Talk to NAB 
Delhi and ask for a mobility instructor who may be able to help you identify 
landmarks making it easier for you to guide cab and or auto drivers.
