Abandoned at a young age, Saroj found love and care at NAB Delhi, her home since the age of four. Against all odds, she excelled in prestigious schools such as Chinmaya Mission, DPS Sushant Lok, and Salwan Public School, scoring an impressive 82.2% in Class 12.
A Journey of Musical Brilliance With a passion deeply rooted in Hindustani Music, Saroj pursued higher education at Miranda House, Ramjas College, and the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts, earning her B.A., M.A., and M.Phil., and is now a Ph.D. scholar. Inspired by legends like Ustad Zila Khan, she champions Uttarakhand’s rich cultural heritage through her breathtaking performances and original folk music.
