Dear Accessindia Members, Most humbly I would like to know whether seats which are reserved for visually impaired but are not suitable for colour blind. Can a candidate with total vision impairment or low vision persons with colour blindness, will be eligible to apply for these posts? Are there any rules and regulations regarding this? I humbly request all of you to help me in this regard.
