Dear Vishal,

It’s understandable that you are feeling frustrated with the delay in
getting your CBSE marksheet corrected. Let me share some simple steps that
might help you move forward.

1. CBSE Helpline: You can call the CBSE helpline at 1800-11-8002 during
their working hours (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM). Explain your issue politely and
share all details, including the dates when you submitted your documents.

2. Online Complaint: Visit the CBSE website (www.cbse.gov.in) and go to the
Grievance Redressal or e-Samadhan section (
https://cbseit.in/cbse/web/GrievanceRedressal.aspx). You can file your
complaint there and keep the acknowledgment for tracking.

3. Regional Office: Contact the CBSE Regional Office linked to your school.
You can email them or visit in person with all the documents and
application details. Their contact information is available on the CBSE
website.

4. RTI (Right to Information): If nothing works, file an RTI to ask about
the status of your application. You can do this online at
https://rtionline.gov.in or send your request to CBSE’s Public Information
Officer.

5. Involve Your School: Speak to your school and ask them to follow up
directly with CBSE. Schools often have more influence in resolving such
issues.

Make sure to save all your emails, receipts, and any proof of submission
for future reference.

I hope these steps help you solve the problem soon. Feel free to ask if you
need more assistance.

Best regards,
Krishan Kumar Sharma
