Today I tried to create an account with Zero Daah an online trading platform. To complete my registration process I had to link my DigiLocker account with Zero Daah. When I came to that stage, the page belonging to DigiLocker asks for my Aadhar ID and to enter an image Captcha. Multiple attempts on trying to solve the Captcha yielded no results. This surely frustrated me and I decided to write to the DigiLocker team. They do not have a mail ID to write to so they provided an option to raise a concern through their website. Which itself was an inaccessible experience. However, they have this option that is not functional at all under the heading or statement: Accessibility options and there is a button that does nothing I mean nothing this button says: Enable the UserWay screen reader. Such a big and critical enterprise of the government is shamefully inaccessible, need I say more? Below is the grievance I was to raise with them and the link to their extremely accessible website for your reference; try raising a concern from the page.
