I did check from my side properly. As I faced the issue after WhatsApp Update only so It was looking like a bug. It is a very big issue for me as I am in so many WhatsApp Groups so I read on WhatsApp Desktop and delete at the same time so Google Drive Storage will not be full. Today I reinstall WhatsApp Desktop and relinked again with the app but the delete sink does not work properly every time so it has a bug.
