it is indeed expected from the companies and developers to be sensitive
about the issue but, that seems not the case in India.
I too have sent many emails in many instances to various inaccessible apps
but, they only have a fixed template of response which doesn't make any
sense.
legal action is the best.
customer care doesn't exist to solve the problems of the customers but,
just to pacify them.
