Good News: Sugamya Bharat App has released a new update for Android users! Most likely, these features are now also available for iPhone users. Now, the inaccessible platform name appears directly on the submitted complaints. This means users don’t have to open each registered complaint to know the inaccessible platform name. A search button has also been added, so users can simply search registered complaints. This will be very useful when someone has registered many complaints. As you know, this app comes under the Government’s Accessible India Campaign and is very useful for registering complaints regarding inaccessible digital platforms, infrastructure, and transport. It is a single app with so many important uses. Regarding the complaint resolution issue (where complaints are either rejected or marked resolved without solving the actual problem), I had raised this matter with the Honourable Secretary sir on 15 May When I met him, and again on 2 May with the Honourable Deputy CCPD sir.
