Hi Zoher, I am aware about the method you described but the problem with that is unlike RailOne, selecting an ID Card isn't optional in the IRCTC app (I used the app instead of website). Also, you problem which you have described, does it occur when you book tickets using the website? Have you tried using the IRCTC app instead? While RailOne has been introduced, IRCTC app still works.
