Dear Access India Team, I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a change in my communication preferences. I would like to update my subscription to our mailing list to use a new email address.
I have encountered some significant hurdles in attempting this on my own: Google Groups limitations: While I located the mailing list on Google Groups, the platform restricts the sign-up process to the account currently signed in, making it impossible to register a different email address if you are not already authenticated with that specific ID. Failed subscription attempts: Following the advice previously shared on the list, I attempted to subscribe by sending an email to the designated subscription address. Unfortunately, that email seems to have gone into a void, as I have received no confirmation, and I am still unable to receive communications via my new address. Could you please guide me on the correct procedure to update my registered email address, or manually assist me in switching my subscription to the new ID?
