Dear Kiran You can use hear to read TTS in android phones. Even if the book is not in syllabus you can ask Saksham trust and see if they can do it. I also do the conversion work but its on chargeable basis. You will get good structured epub, pdf and word.
I listened small sample of sanskrit on eleven reader and it was very good. You too can tey it.
