Hi, First of all, this is not a new app; it has been available for around two years. As far as I know, there is currently no web portal for it, so you can continue using IRCTC's website if you prefer.
Regarding accessibility, I would describe it as manageable. The app has a simple and easy-to-navigate layout, and it works as an all-in-one solution for train booking and related services. However, during the booking process, users are required to solve a CAPTCHA, which can be challenging from an accessibility perspective. I am an iOS user, and on iPhone the CAPTCHA is generally easier to handle. On other platforms, the experience may vary. Overall, I would rate the accessibility as average. The app is usable, but there is definitely room for improvement to make it more accessible for screen reader users.
