Hello Access India, I am Srinija NR Babu, a working professional since age 16. Before losing my sight in 2022, I served in management roles at IBM , Bower Enterprises and other institutions. While at Bharat Gas, as a personal project, I independently facilitated 1.75 lakh LPG connections in six months and trained 300+ employees under a Digital Literacy program. I am certified in Communication, Digital Management, and Team Building.
I joined the blind community in September 2024. Post this transition, I completed my Infosys certification and am currently pursuing Accessibility Testing. I am a certified trainer from Enable India, through the Trainers Development Program 2026. I believe blindness is not a barrier; it is a lens for innovation. My Mission: Inclusive Capacity Building, Accessibility Awareness, Professional skills and personal enhancement, Assistive technology adoption and Inclusive mentorship. I am the Founder and Creator of Niinja Ki Perspicacity, a community started in May 2026. We work on Brain Restructuring Tools of Neuroscience for identity shifting, corporate training, and personal enhancement - enabling any individual to feel competent to face the world and overcome challenges, whether professional or personal.
