Dear Swagat,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to provide some clarification
regarding your queries about the Advanced Employability Training Course for
your friend.

Since the course content, methodology, and accessible design are developed
by EnAble India, you can be assured of their high quality. I have
personally completed a direct course from EnAble India and can vouch that
their curriculum is excellent and effectively prepares candidates for the
job market. As they are the education partner for the program at the RCGF
Surya Centre, the methodology and training details should be almost
identical to their core programs.

Regarding job assistance, many participants have successfully secured
employment in private companies after completing EnAble India courses.
While no organization can or should promise guaranteed employment, they
provide the necessary training and teach candidates how to effectively
approach and secure job opportunities.

Please note that while I can attest to the quality of the content and
curriculum, I am not familiar with the specific hostel environment or
facilities at the partner organization in Kerala.

I hope this information helps your friend in making an informed decision.

Best regards,

Kongaleti Satyanarayana
