As they are the education partner for the program at the RCGF Surya Centre, the methodology and training details should be almost identical to their core programs. Regarding job assistance, many participants have successfully secured employment in private companies after completing EnAble India courses. While no organization can or should promise guaranteed employment, they provide the necessary training and teach candidates how to effectively approach and secure job opportunities.
