INNOQUEST 2026 by Udbhav Vision Foundation 
National Innovation Challenge for Empowering Persons with Visual Impairment
Organized by Udbhav Vision Foundation, Jaipur
Udbhav Vision Foundation is pleased to announce INNOQUEST 2026, a 
national-level innovation challenge aimed at identifying and promoting 
innovative products, services, technologies, and solutions that can 
significantly improve the lives of persons who are blind or visually impaired.
Over the years, technological advancements and innovative service models have 
played a crucial role in enhancing accessibility, independence, education, 
mobility, employment, and social inclusion for persons with disabilities. 
Through INNOQUEST 2026, Udbhav Vision Foundation seeks to encourage creative 
thinking and harness the innovative potential of individuals across India to 
address the unmet needs of persons with visual impairment.
Objective of the Competition
The primary objective of INNOQUEST 2026 is to identify innovative ideas for a 
product, technology, application, device, service, platform, or solution that 
is currently not available and has the potential to improve the quality of life 
of persons with visual impairment.
The proposed innovation may relate to, but is not limited to:
• Education and learning
• Independent living
• Mobility and navigation
• Digital accessibility
• Employment and livelihood
• Health and rehabilitation
• Communication and information access
• Financial inclusion
• Safety and security
• Recreation, sports, and cultural participation
Participants are encouraged to think beyond conventional approaches and present 
practical, scalable, and impactful solutions.
Eligibility
1. Participation is open to all individuals residing in India.
2. The participant must have attained the age of 18 years or above as on the 
date of submission.
3. Participation is strictly on an individual basis. In case an idea has been 
developed jointly, one person may submit the entry as the lead participant.
Mode of Participation
Interested participants are required to submit their innovation proposal 
through a short video presentation.
Video Requirements
1.  The video may be recorded in either Hindi or English.
2. The duration of the video shall not exceed five  minutes.
3.  At the beginning of the video, the participant must clearly mention:
• Full Name
 City and state of the participant along with mobile number
4. The content of the video, copyright and other legal issues will be delt in 
accordance with terms and conditions as mentioned on our website 
https://udbhav.org 
The participant should clearly explain:
•  The problem or challenge faced by persons with visual impairment.
•  The proposed product or service.
•  The unique features of the proposed innovation.
• How the innovation differs from solutions currently available 
• The expected benefits for persons with visual impairment.
•  The feasibility and potential for implementation or scale-up.
Participants are encouraged to present their ideas in a clear, concise, and 
structured manner.
Submission Procedure
Participants may upload their video on any suitable online platform and share 
the download link through email or whatsapp.

Participants must ensure that:
•  The link remains active until the completion of the evaluation process.
•  Appropriate permissions are granted to enable downloading and review of the 
video by the evaluation committee.
•  The participant's name and mobile number are mentioned in the email or 
whatsapp message accompanying the submission.
Last Date for Submission
The last date for receipt of entries is:
31 July 2026 (11:59 PM IST)
Entries received after the stipulated deadline may not be considered for 
evaluation.
Evaluation Process
All eligible entries will be screened and evaluated by a panel constituted by 
Udbhav Vision Foundation.
The evaluation shall broadly consider the following parameters:
•  Innovation and originality of the idea
•  Relevance to the needs of persons with visual impairment
•  Practical applicability and feasibility
•  Potential social impact
•  Scalability and sustainability
•  Clarity of presentation
The decision of the evaluation committee shall be final and binding.
Awards and Recognition
The three highest-ranked entries shall be declared as winners of INNOQUEST 2026.
The winners will receive:
•  Attractive prizes
•  Certificate of Recognition
The prizes will be presented during the Annual Function of Udbhav Vision 
Foundation, proposed to be held in the last week of September 2026.
General Conditions
1.  Submission of an entry shall be deemed acceptance of all terms and 
conditions of the competition.
2.  Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the prescribed 
guidelines may be rejected.
3.  Udbhav Vision Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel 
the competition, if necessary.
4.  Any attempt to provide misleading information may result in 
disqualification.
