Thank you for your perspective and sharing your own experience.
Currently, I'm in a similar situation with SAP.
Some functions and menus are simply not readable.
The reason why I criticised is that the accessibility settings I mentioned
have not been added recently.
They have been present since a long time.
It seems that a user has to install specific scripts for JAWS to work
properly with it.
For now maybe because I have a practice version, I am not able to access
Sap's market place.
My point only was that why do companies not take the approach of keeping
accessibility simple and standard.
Replying to Udid, we may not be able to take action as such because they
have made provisions to make it accessible.
Also, CCPD for now is as good as non-functional because the DY has
completed his term and no one is appointed yet.
