The role involves classroom training, assessment support, post-placement counselling, industry engagement and batch planning. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* *• *Deliver training in modules such as; communicative English, , basic computer operations & MS Office, soft skills, orientation & mobility, grooming and work readiness. *• *Provide pre-post-placement counselling and support to aspirants with vision impairment. *• *Support pre- and post-training assessments and maintain the training plan/calendar for each batch. *• *Network with guest lecturers and industry partners and facilitate relevant field visits as part of sector readiness. *WHO CAN APPLY?* *• *Graduate/Postgraduate with preferred relevant experience in training aspirants with vision impairment or Low Vision. *• *Strong training, English and communication skills, with familiarity with teaching methodologies for persons with vision impairment. *• *Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. *• *Proficiency in screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA and other relevant assistive technologies for persons with vision impairment/low vision. *• *Strong networking skills and awareness of current training and employment opportunities for persons with vision impairment. *• *Strong networking skills and abbility to communicate effectively with employers.
