Maybe, but what happens in my case with fine reader 5 sprint and hp 2400 scanner is that recognition starts immediately after scanning a page without waiting for multiple pages to be scanned and I have invariably to save it before scanning the next. This happens even after selecting scann multiple images command.
I had requested a solution in accessindia some time ago, without success.
