Hello, It is not a jaws specific issue. You can go to Start Menu>Settings>Control Panel>Folder Options and disable the option for hiding known file extentions with any version of Jaws or even without it. To do this, press Control Tab to land on the View tab in Folder Options, press tab to focus on the Tree View there and press H twice to get the Hide Extentions for Known File Types, which is turned on by default. Press Space to turn it off.
