Dear Rakesh, About promotion reservation circular issued by DOPT, now a days they have depriving various reservation mandate enshrined in the constitution of india and also in disability policy, hence there have a suite against DOPT issued circulars as also they have super-seeding the circulars on an early basis it also an illegal one.
