1) Members who have opted for hotel may please make the payment at the earliest. Booking will be done only after the receipt of money. 2) Those who are doing EFT may please note the account number given for EFT was 13 digit long. HDFC has now made the account of 14 digit. I am told by HDFC official that by adding a 0 as a prefix to the account number given in the site will solve the problem. 3) All are requested to update their information including providing their arrival / departure information including the time. This will fascilitate us to make arrangements for pickup / drop. 4) Information can be updated only upto 10th Sept.Thereafter, no modification will be allowed.
