I have a savings a/c in SBI and use the online banking. It seems to be sufficiently accessible. I haven't had a chance to get an ATM issued because I opened this a/c long ago when ATMs were not common and I don't use this a/c regularly to need one. I have never had problems with check books and signatures with this bank.
