Do you mean using any alternative softwares to write CDs?

If so, then check out this jaws-users programs page that presents a number of 
accessible cd writing softwares along with documentation. Browse the pages by 
headings and you will reach the section called cd or dvd.

Alternatively, you can use Easy CD Creator by Roxio. It works well too.
