There are clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our list and you
need to follow these properly.

To unsubscribe send an email message to

and in the subject line type unsubscribe.
this should get you off the list and reduce everyones annoyance.
If this does not happen automatically then please bear with us for a few
more days. Our Moderator is travelling and will get you off the list as soon
as he returns to his base which will be on the 15th of October.
