Sorry, I am not that sharp in computer, hence I don't know any such method
to convert files in one go. How ever, I think, you should try to convert
files to a new folder, and then you wont be confused between the old files
and new converted files.
To do this, please uncheck the check box, " out put to same folder as
source files ". Now, when you press tab, you will get brows button. Select
this button and either create a new folder first or create in this dialog
box. Then select your desired folder by hitting okay button, and After
selecting your desired out put folder, press tab and hit enter on the
convert button, and your new converted file will be created in that new
folder.

Your method was very good and I was working exactly that way but the names
of my files were very long, strange and billion-trillion in numbers and
problem multiplied when I got the same number in two files. I was so much
exhausted that I restarted the downloads and converted files one by one.
Isn't there any method with which I can convert all the forty fifty files
together, I mean, in one go.

This is the home page for " switch sound file converter ".
You can download switch file converter software from here, but it is free
for a limited period.
After it gets expired, install it again, not sure though, as I have
installed it 3 times, but it gets expired again and again.
Once it has been installed, just press the application key on the desired
file, hit enter on the option, " convert with switch sound file converter
".
Then press tab and select your out put format (to which format you want
